FreshStew 小鲜炖 Bird's Nest can be served warm, chilled or at room temperature. To be served warm, pour onto a bowl and steam it for 5-10min. 

Our FreshStew Bird's Nest are stewed on the day it is delivered to you or collected by you. Thus, it is recommended to consume on the same day for best of taste. 

Else, please refrigerate and consume before the stated date printed on bowl.
