Tartzy & BrewFresh was created by our love for Tarts and nutritious sweet soups or Tong Shui in Cantonese.

We wanted to create tarts have are unique in flavor and awesome in taste. Our tart series is named Tartzy 挞挞田心. 

Our Tong Shui

Our tong shui series is named BrewFresh 小鲜炖 as it's freshly brewed to order, ensuring best of taste and nutrition.

Our tong shui consists ingredients that have TCM nutritional benefits. Crafted by an experienced TCM physician, the ingredients are carefully selected and combined to effectively resolve common issues such as heatiness, insomnia, etc.

What's So Special About Us?

1. Freshly Made Upon Order

Our ingredients are sourced fresh and products made fresh upon order, ensuring the best of taste and nutrition.

As every tart or soup is made to order, do bear with us that your order will take 3-4 working days to arrive. 

2. Handmade Pastes and Fillings

Instead of buying off-the-shelf pastes, which tend to be overly sweet for preservation purposes (sugar absorbs moisture, thus lengthening shelf life), we make all pastes and fillings by hand upon each order.

For example, our orh nee (yam paste) is made by steaming and grinding fresh yam by hand. We thereby are able to keep sugar level low and pastes/fillings fresh. 

3. Low In Sugar

We make use of the natural sweetness of the ingredients as much as possible to reduce added sugar so you may indulge healthily and happily.
